A first dance with atmosphere
Low-lying fog creates a layer near the floor that can make a dance look as though it is taking place on a cloud. It gives your first dance a distinct visual setting while keeping the focus on the couple. Share the song, planned dance area and the moment you want the effect to begin.
The same style of effect can be considered for entrances, stage scenes and private celebrations. For a more dramatic wedding moment, ask about coordinating cloud fog with cold sparks and lighting.

Plan the effect around your venue
Room conditions, airflow, open doors and the size of the performance area affect how fog looks and moves. An outdoor setting needs its own assessment. We discuss the venue layout and operating requirements before recommending an effect; no two spaces produce exactly the same result.
When requesting a quote, include your event date, venue, indoor or outdoor location, dance-floor dimensions if known and reception timing. Tell us whether you want a single first-dance moment or effects throughout a larger production.
Wedding fog questions
Is dancing on a cloud the same as haze?
No. Low-lying fog is chosen for a visible cloud-like layer near the floor. Haze is used to reveal lighting and laser beams throughout a space. Tell us the look you want so we can discuss the appropriate option.
Does the venue need to approve fog?
Yes—venue policies and site conditions need to be reviewed before the effect is confirmed. Send us the venue name early in planning so requirements can be discussed with the event team.
Can it be timed to our first dance?
Share your song and timeline when planning the production. We can discuss the cue and how the fog will fit with your DJ, photographer and other effects.
