Choose a reveal look before choosing a package

Effect illustrations, not event photographs. Colors, spread and coverage vary with the selected materials and conditions; requested colors are confirmed before booking.

Choose the look you love, then share your requested color, venue and countdown plan. We’ll help you compare the options around your space, nearby surfaces, weather and cleanup requirements. Your quote confirms the chosen materials, available colors and number of shots.

Gender reveal package starting prices

Powder packages include the listed equipment and consumables, local delivery, setup, operation and takedown with straightforward access within 20 road miles of Dallas. Cleanup, extra travel, site-specific requirements and applicable tax are quoted separately. Color availability, equipment placement and venue approval are confirmed before booking.

For a confetti-only announcement, the operated single-shot confetti cannon starts at $299 for one launcher and one standard tissue-confetti shot. The $149 add-on applies to a compatible staffed booking. Compare confetti cannons and blowers, explore powder cannon options or see all service pricing.

Plan the countdown with your host and photographer

Decide when guests should gather, where the couple will stand and who gives the activation cue. Share your photographer's planned view and the layout of the reveal area so equipment placement and guest positions can be reviewed together. A short, agreed countdown is easier to coordinate when the host, photographer and effects operator know the same cue.

Tell us whether the reveal is the main event or one moment within a larger celebration. If you want music or lighting around the announcement, share the event timeline and the team providing sound. Event lighting and cold spark fountains are separate effects that require their own venue review.

Review the location and cleanup before booking

For a backyard celebration, rented event space or outdoor gathering, send photos of the proposed area, nearby surfaces and guest positions. Ask the property owner or venue whether powder or confetti is permitted and what cleanup is required. Wind affects the direction and spread of an outdoor reveal, so we plan the effect around the conditions at your location.

We’ll review the materials, available space and venue rules together. Cleanup responsibilities are agreed with the venue and included in your quote.

Gender reveal questions

Can we choose powder or confetti for the reveal?

Yes. Share the look and requested color so availability and venue suitability can be reviewed. Powder creates a colored cloud; tissue confetti creates a burst of pieces. The quote identifies which material and how many shots are included.

Who operates the cannons?

We operate the cannons for the listed packages and coordinate placement and the countdown cue with your event team.

Can we keep the reveal a surprise for the couple?

Planning a surprise? Tell us who is organizing the color and countdown. We’ll agree how to coordinate those details with that person before you book.

Is cleanup included?

Cleanup for powder packages is quoted separately, and confetti cleanup must be agreed with the venue and in your quote. Confirm permitted materials and responsibilities before booking.

Can we add cold sparks to the countdown?

The powder + cold sparks package starts at $749 for the listed equipment and one coordinated display. Cold sparks also require venue approval, suitable placement and an agreed operating plan.
