Plan an experience for your group

VR is different from a shared screen: participants need an activity area, and a group needs a practical way to take turns. Tell us the number of interested guests, their ages and the kinds of experiences you have in mind. Equipment, content and participation requirements are confirmed during planning.

If some guests are new to VR, mention that when discussing the event. A short introduction and a clear plan for participant turns can help you decide how much time to allow. Ask what assistance is included in the proposed package so responsibilities are clear before booking.

Choose a suitable activity area

Share photos and dimensions of the proposed space, including the surrounding seating and walkways. The setup needs to fit the selected experience and give participants room without interfering with other guests. Discuss power access, venue conditions and equipment requirements before deciding where the activity will go.

For an outdoor celebration, ask whether the proposed location is suitable for the equipment and experience. Do not assume that an exposed outdoor area will work; available cover and an alternative location should be part of the conversation.

Virtual reality questions

Which VR experiences are available?

Send your preferences with your inquiry. Available equipment and content are confirmed for your event; your quote will identify what is included.

Is VR suitable for every age group?

Share participant ages before booking so the requirements for the selected equipment and content can be discussed. Participation depends on the experience rather than one blanket age rule for every event.

How many guests can participate?

That depends on the setup, experience length and time available. Tell us your guest count and how long you want the activity to run so we can discuss a realistic plan for turns.

Can we include other games?

Ask about console gaming as a companion activity for your group. You can also explore movie nights and karaoke when planning a combination package.
